Sophie Troya has a passion for the development of high school students. After completing her bachelor’s degree, she worked in the Westmont admissions office and found such joy in helping high school students navigate the college application process. She especially enjoys the Christ-centered environment at Providence and the faith conversations that arise as students consider their next steps.

She and her husband, Derek, are Providence parents of a Lower School student.

Mrs. Troya’s favorite Providence experiences have included leading TRIAD outdoor adventure trips to national parks in Utah and Wyoming, as well as local camping and backpacking trips here in California.
