The admissions process provides opportunities for you to get to know our private, Christian school - and for us to get to know your student and your family.

Choosing the right school for your family is a meaningful decision filled with hope, prayer, and careful consideration. At Providence, we’re honored to walk alongside you as you explore whether our Christ‑centered community is the place where your child can grow in wisdom, faith, and purpose.

Providence accepts applications throughout the school year. Generally, the enrollment process begins in the fall one year prior to enrollment. Space permitting, students may begin at or transfer to Providence at any time during the school year.

Apply to Providence Preschool

To begin, fill out a Preschool application:

  • Many parents prefer to complete the Preschool application on paper. Download the form here and return it with the application fee to the Admissions Office.
  • Alternatively, you may fill out the form online. Begin by creating an online account with FACTS parent portal:
    • Check your email to verify your new FACTS parent portal account.
    • After verification, log into your account to complete the application online.
  • Once you submit your application you will pay the application fee by credit card.
  • After submitting the application and payment, you will be able to print the supplemental forms.

Next, the Preschool admissions director will contact you to schedule a campus visit for classroom placement.

Apply to Providence Lower School

Once we receive your inquiry, our Lower School Admissions Director will reach out to personally walk you through next steps and schedule your:

  • Campus visit
  • Student assessment
  • Parent interview

 

After your visit, you’ll complete the application in the FACTS Parent Portal:

  • Create an online account in the FACTS Parent Portal
  • Check your email to verify your new account
  • Log in to complete the application online
  • Submit the application and application fee by credit card
  • Print any required supplemental forms

Once we receive your inquiry, our Middle & Upper School Admissions Director will reach out to personally walk you through next steps and schedule your:
